Update: have now spent hours on the phone with them and their billing department AFTER I PAID my bills since i got a call from a collection agency telling me I still owed money. Piecing together a picture of them having a record of my bills that have completely different balances and charges than the ones i was sent. Most people have tried to be helpful but no one seems to be able to understand a bigger picture of what the heck is going on let alone move in a direction toward fixing the problem. I had a difficult experience while I was being assessed by a physician assistant. I was informed that the medications I needed a 3 day refill for were not eligible for prescription writing from any medical personnel working at FastMed. I understand why these policies exist, but the medical advice given by this gentlemen is as stark contrast to a different experience I had over the same circumstances. Was in last Saturday. Waited 2 hours to be seen. People who came in behind me were seen before me. My wait wasn't acknowledged. Gentleman checking in patients was rude to another patient. He was argumentative and combative with her. She left crying. The lady who swabbed my throat didn't wear gloves or sanitize her hands while in the room with me. The doctor was caring and nice though. I will never go back.

Very bad experience. Brought my boyfriend in to get stitches as he was in need of medical attention only to be questioned by the person running the front desk and then denied service because we did not have his license and insurance cards on hand. I offered to look up the insurance card online because we live in Fairview, NC and it was 20 minutes back to our house. They really need to erase "short wait times" from their signage. Came in for a simple employment drug screening and STILL waiting after a considerable amount of time. Doesn't take that long to collect a pee cup.

I'm bummed that I had to give one star! Took my son in, dealt with an incredibly incompetent PA by the name of Victoria. The PA student she was training was way more confident. Three different PA's had to look at my son. I will not be returning:-(

Had a cat bite. I was charged for the office visit,a tetanus shot, fine by me. Then a charge to give me the shot..... a 38.50 value! It took 60 seconds to give a routine vaccine shot. Come on, do I have to pay the waiter to bring me the food I will pay for? No, not right. An extra $38.50...... Talk about nickeled and dimed by a business. Total charge: $245.50 for an office visit, shot and up charge to "administer" the shot.

Awful wait for an infection with people walking into the building after me and they went right in. I've been waiting for 45 mins and still didn't go in. Don't come here because the only have one doctor. I would give them a lower rate than a 1 if I could.
