Don't. Go. Here. It's a serious waste of your time. I went for a ore employment drug screen and waited an HOUR to pee in a cup. I finally had to give up and have my epassport sent to another clinic that takes appointments.
What a joke- Fastmed walk-in is horrible attitude and service. I had possible arm fracture. Went to FastMed. Was told appointments only!!!!! They had nothing available that day. Good thing I did not have a serious laceration!!! Left FastMed and went to Mercy Care and received great care with a friendly attitude. Also, FastMed charged my wife several hundred for a COVID TEST and insurance would not pat. Do not go to FastMed. Lots of good urgent care in Asheville but NOT FASTMED
I guess you have to give one star, but I don't know if I would have given even that. Yes, the staff members were kind, but they kindly told people they didn't have time to see anyone. I was told to just walk in to get a pre-employment drug screen. I waited almost 2 hours to be seen. It took less than 10 minutes to get my drug screen done and sign the little tabs that sealed it up. Rude front desk attendant. The parking lot was nearly empty, and I can see why. They need to learn how to update their website (and Google listing) to reflect that this is no longer a walk-in clinic and is appointment only.
Addition: They sent the prescriptions to a pharmacy that is closed on Saturday. Real class act. Addition #2: Correction- they NEVER SENT THE SCRIPTS OVER AT ALL. Well, they lie. They should be called "Leisurely Pace Med." Literally NO ONE was here, and they make you stand while in pain to fill out around 30 pages of garbage. Then you wait... Then they take you into a room... Went in for a simple pre-employment physical and was there for 2 1/2 hours. Israel at the front desk was a total b....ch. The nurse/tech (?) put on gloves then handled everything in the world with her gloved hands. Employees were like robots, no one communicated what they were doing or what was going to happen next. Worst experience ever at a healthcare facility. Never again.

Went in for a simple Covid test and would never use them again. Dishonest practices, lack of transparency around costs of services and a billing department that is notoriously difficult to deal with. Good luck trying to get a hold of someone if you have a question or dispute. After repeated attempts to contact someone in billing I called the local clinic and spoke to someone there. Customer service via talking on the phone = horrible. VICTORIA needs to get a reality check and some retraining on how to speak/ empathize to customers. I would hate for her to come across the wrong person and get cursed the hell out. I went for a simple Rapid Covid test (checked in online). This would be my third since March and each time, it took a total of 10 mins, including waiting. Just before my appt, they send a text that the appt is 45 mins late. When I got there they said that they were "Out of Rapid Test". They could have told me this a day before. 3 HOURS more, later, still waiting and so was a mother with her 10yr old child.
