There are numerous places on the Fast Med website and FB page that state they are walk-in and don't have to have an appointment (although you can make an appointment), that is not true. My family member was showing the early stages of an allergic reaction (both of us are RNs). that did not need ER care yet but couldn't wait until the next day. I was there at 8 o’clock they didn’t open till 8:10. I walked in it was a gentleman to notice I was in pain he let me go in front of him he stated he has appointment at 8:30 I told him it’s OK you can stay in the front he said no please. I said I don’t have an appointment the front desk lady heard me and said.. You don’t have an appointment I said no. She said well it’s by appointment only. I came in needing migraine medicine since mine was out, My brief doctor told me I don't have a migraine and to go the ER. 8 hours later at the ER I get migraine medicine and a Huge bill. Huge waste of time and money and an unknowledgeable doctor.

This place was terrible!!! I went there on 2/17 due to a cough. I was seen was told I had bronchitis take cough medicine, prednisone, and my inhaler. I called Wednesday still no better and was told to keep taking my medicine I was fine it just has to run it’s course. I have asthma on top of this. Come Friday 2/21 I went to my regular dr because I still wasn’t any better worse actually was told I still have bronchitis. I was give duo nebs to take at home every four hours to try and get this stuff out along with more steroids!... read more

This clinic misdiagnosed me, was told I had a viral infection and after a few days of not getting better, I had a kidney(bacterial) infection. My diagnoses seemed rushed and parts of my symptoms ignored. Seems like they care more about turning tables, to use food service terms, than actually healing folks. I missed out on ~$300 of work because I was misdiagnosed and didn't start treatment right away. Thanks a bunch FastMed.

This place charged my wife $348.69 to wash her cut finger and put a dab of skin glue on it. They refuse to adjust bill. We found out that they have a D- from the Better Business Bureau. DON'T USE THEM.

If I could give a rating of 0 I would! This clinic was a joke. I took my sick child and they did nothing for her and now I'm being charged for a 5 minute conversation with a provider who did nothing for my child. She did not assess her other than looking at her... no listening to her lungs or heart, no checking her ears or even laying hands on her. No lab work or X-rays and her vital signs were not within normal limits because she was sick and needed care. The provider then talked about all the illnesses she had missed on ot... read more

Don't go here, just don't. Absolute worst experience of my life. Office staff are rude and clueless. Forget emtala, they won't see you until you have a credit card on file. You could be dying and I think they would search your wallet for a credit card before helping you. Medical staff are unprofessional and have no idea how to perform procedures you'd expect them to be able to perform (how to put on ekg leads).
