The only reason it gets one star is because the staff was friendly. Came in to get chest xray after a bike accident. Reviewed by PA and sent home with an offer to give me extra strength ibuprofen. Got a call 3 hours later that I had a collapsed lung (pnuemo thorax?). Had to drive to ER. Can't a PA see a collapsed lung on an xray? One of these things was not like the other!

I decided to write this review while I'm still waiting for a simple drug screen. I've been waiting an hour now.... An hour wait (around sick people) to pee in a cup is ridiculous!

Brought my two 9-year-old boys in for a physical exam before camp. There was one person ahead of us and still we sat in the waiting room for over an hour - which feels like at least double that when you're dealing with twin boys who are extremely bored. Will NEVER come here again!

Checked in online to streamline the process, but still sat in an empty waiting room over 90 minutes. FastMed this is not. The brand promises speed, but the experience delivers anything but.

This place needs to change it's name. Came when they opened Sunday morning. Was fourth in line. Over an hour later only one person has completed his visit and I'm still in the waiting room.

Called on behalf of my mom who had been a patient there. Doctor was unhelpful and not knowledgeable. Would recommend going somewhere else.

I was seen by a less than competent PA. I had a wound that was very painful. So painful that I was up all night too uncomfortable to sleep. I went to FastMed at the time that they opened. I was seen rather promptly. Once I was in the exam room I felt as if my needs where not being addressed. He glanced at my wound, wrote me a script, and sent me on my way. I came here with concern of having pink eye. I don't have insurance so I was okay with paying the $134 upfront. When I finally got to see the doctor he did nothing for me. He walked in, we had a small chat, but he never examined me. He went ahead and just wrote me prescription for eye drops to cure the pink eye he never checked me for. Ashevillians... Beware of FastMeds on Hendersonville road near Biltmore Estate: Very unhappy and completely frustrated by the time I left. I grew up with a father who was a surgeon and a mother who is a retired nurse, and I don't go to the doctor unless my issue is extreme.
