My father received excellent care for a period of respite. The pre stay information and care plan were reassuring and we were welcomed warmly at the carehome. The staff are very knowledgeable and understanding and the facilities and food are excellent. Would definitely recommend this carehome!

Mum has been a resident at Frenchurch House for the past 2 and a half years. She recently celebrated her 90th birthday, and the whole of Frenchurch celebrated with her. Mum is always treated with genuine care and affection from all the staff and management. It is heartwarming to see a care home that is run like a 5 star hotel where the staff love their jobs and take pride in the home's achievements - Frenchurch is one big happy family.

On our first visit to be shown around felt as though we had walked into a 5 star hotel. And on every visit since mum became a resident always greeted by all the staff with a smile and greeting. Always spotlessly clean. Lots of activities and entertainment for residents and family and friends invited on special days throughout the diary. Mum is so happy. My resident sister loves Fenchurch, as do I. The staff are so welcoming and professional. The care providedis far and beyond. I can't say enough good things about this place. We are happy to recommend it to anybody looking. The team doing the entertainment are brilliant. One happy family.

Christmas 2025 has been a really good time for my mother. Her health has improved and she is really enjoying life. The level of care that she receives is outstanding, and she is well liked by carers and other residents. The activities are stimulating and she enjoys them. The welcome that my wife and I receive on our visits is genuinely very warm, and when we share a meal, as we did on Boxing Day, the food is very good.

I couldn't recommend this lovely place higher. As they are always so helpful and polite. They take so much care to make sure that my farther is looked after really well and indeed make sure we are all treated well. The place is so clean it's like a hotel.

A family atmosphere, beautiful home. Staff are so caring and kind. Residents kept entertained during the day with activities, music, films, outings and crafts. All staff are approachable & know all the residents. Rooms are lovely, clean and kept tidy. Such a wonderful home with lovely gardens and decor is outstanding. A brilliant, kind, patient hairdresser - pampering for the ladies and gents looking good too. Today I visited my sister, and she was out on a trip to the local garden centre, her second trip of the week! As I walked around with her, down to the ground floor, all the staff spoke to her using her name, which was lovely. Her room had been cleaned and tidied on her return. My sister has been transformed, she is smiling, happy and content. The staff told me they call her 'smiles'. Such a lovely environment and the expertise of the carers has made this happen. Fenchurch is a fabulous place, it is more than just a care home, it is an actual "home" for the residents. The facilities are excellent, but even better than that are the staff, who are quite superb. My Father has been a resident there for just over a year (he's 97) and we value the care provided so much, that his sister has now moved in as well, both are extremely well looked after and couldn't be happier, it's a great place.
