This review is negative, it is based on documentary evidence obtained from a number of sources via Access to Health Records Act 1990. My findings demonstrate what goes on behind the scenes of a ‘posh’ nursing home. This review is published in the public interest. Nurses failed to register my mother with a GP or complete temporary GP registration.
