I had a scratch to my cornea. I contacted Fichman/SightMD. I saw Optometrist Jason Delisle, OD. He conducted an examination and assessed my condition. He treated my eye and scheduled a follow-up visit. Four days later on a Sunday I awoke with pain in my eye. I called the SightMD on-call center to explain my symptoms. Everything to do with eye care is nicely encompassed in this brick building on Hartford Road in Manchester. My sister and I decided to do our cataract surgeries together. Every employee we came into contact with was friendly and courteous, kind and professional. We are now halfway there. Next eye to be done in 2 weeks. Dr. Fichman is a true professional and the kindest man and he has a sense of humor. Love the man.
I went to see Dr. Fichman after I had my first catarac surgery somewhere else. I was noticing double vision and blurriness about a month after the surgery. Dr. Fichman examined me and said the lens slid down in my left eye. he repaired the catarac in my right eye, no problems. Then i went back and he repositioned the lens correctly in my left eye. All's Well, Thank You!
From the first time I met with him through the two surgeries he was someone I felt completely comfortable with. His relaxed & easy manner carries over to his staff. Both of my surgeries went well with no complications. Follow-up visits have also been a pleasure with Dr. Ham answering all of my questions.
The staff was outstanding and explained everything that was going on. Dr. Fichman was the best. Great in explaining and taking care to insure everything was taken care of. If I had to have this procedure done I wanted to have the best do it and that is what I got. Thank you.

Dr. Fichman is tops in his field. Not only does he have expertise at surgery but has a clean office and well organized staff to follow you through pre op, operation, and post op. Highly recommended!!! A truly kind and caring doctor.
Dr. Fishman is an excellent Dr., he listened to my concerns, and answered all of my questions, as well as explaining the procedure. Very friendly, made me feel very comfortable. Staff is wonderful, very nice and polite. I would give him a 6 star rating if I could. After the main consultation ,was being operated on within about a month, Very fast. Knowledge staff made everything quite pleasant.
Dr. Fichman ability to make you feel relax and explain to you the procedure in a professional manner is very helpful. Any type of surgery is always concerning for us the patient. So that manner in which he carries him gives you confidence! Good job.
