I was very pleased with every aspect of my cataract surgery. Dr Fichman and his entire staff made me feel very comfortable and calm. My vision has improved drastically. All members of the team were very sensitive and caring.
My left eye surgery Dec. 6, 2022 and my right eye surgery Jan. 3, 2023. I am 100% happy with my results. I would recommend Dr. Fichman and have to many people who are on the fence about having Cataract surgery. I am truly amazed with the results. I could not drive at night at all for the last few months and now I can again. I see details on my Grandkids faces (freckles) that I have not seen in years, even with glasses. Never thought my vision could be improved so much! Thank you Dr. Fichman and to your team as well :)
Very nice and professional
The staff on the first floor for eye exams are scattered, not focused on patients at all and very slow. The surgical staff on the 2nd floor was much better. For my left eye, everyone was very friendly and kept me calm. Dr. Fichman greeted me and made me feel safe in his care. Very impressed how every step was managed and professionally done. Right from the start I was greeted and treated in a relaxing and friendly way by his competent staff. They carefully medicated my eyes right up to when I went into surgery. Dr. Fichman performed the cataract removal and putting in the new lens explaining what was happening at each step which was very helpful at eliminating any anxiety I might have. Dr Fichman is extremely talented, patient and very professional as an Opthomologist! He's successfully performed laser catarac surgery on both of my eyes with amazing results and no negative effects. I highly recommend him and his entire very professional and efficient staff!

I have known Dr. Fichman since he performed successful cataract surgery on both of my eyes back in 2012 which greatly improved my vision. Most recently, he repositioned the interocular lens and performed a Yag laser capsulotomy in right eye which was like a miracle. I went from very cloudy with virtually no vision to remarkably clear with excellent vision in a matter of a few hours! I no longer need to wear glasses or contact lenses and I can see better than I ever have.
