The food was very good, however the service left a lot to be desired. The server was not friendly and we had to ask for drinks (including water) several times. There were 3 large groups of 20 plus booked at the same time which made it difficilt to get our food.
The food was not as good as everyone made it out to be. we drove over 2 hours just to get there because we wanted to try out something new. i wouldn't go back there. the service was okay and the cook was funny and i enjoyed talking to him, however the food was not even close to being worth $50. if your into bland food and a quite dinner this is the place for you.
Absolutely terrible food. Three of us went there, no one ate the food. It had far more to do with the quality of cooking and seasoning than the ingredients. Service was non-existent. Stick to a Benihanas if you want that sort of experience.
Kids like this concept. Don't go for the food, go for the fun. If you don't like handling raw food, don't go! Ask for steamed rice, they don't tell you about it.
I booked a reservation about 2 weeks in advance, and I was called twice a few hrs. before hours before my reservation to confirm. Everything seemed very professional until we were placed outside on the patio because they had overbooked. It was rainy, cold, windy, and an umbrella fell on one of the guests in my party. We went there with the impression from their website that they had salsa music on Sunday nights and when we got there we were informed they have cancelled it. Any time we wanted something we would have to flag down our waitress;she never came by on her own. There were only 3 in the entire place. From reading the reviews, we understood that their beef strogonoff was really good. Great prices, mongolian bbq knock off. I thought the choices were slim when it came to putting you meal together. There were like 5 hot sauces to choose from, but that was it. No other flavors available, just "hot". The food wasn't bad just not the kind of experience for me to go there again. This place is 5 minutes from Disneyland and I think families would really like this place. Well at least families that like "hot" food.
