We have been to Fire + Ice on several occassions and have loved it every time. This time we brought some friends who had never been there before and they said "this is such a fun place". They really liked the food, concept, everything. In general the food is always tasty, great options for creating your own meal....really love that aspect. Our server was really friendly and outgoing too. Thanks for another fun experience.
First time visitor - now that I understand how it works, will probably return. Good fun for the entire family.
Always a fun place to take friends and family! Never a disappointment! Love to try all the different creations! Don't forget to try the burgers or hotdogs!
All the choices make this place a great option! It is truly a "personalized buffet" and you can make it as healthy or unhealthy as you would like! When I go with a group, its fun to each make your own dish and then share and sample each other's creations! Really love this place, its a ton of fun and really allows you the chance to "take a chance" with food. :-)
My husband and I LOVE coming here. We get to create new things each time and never have to worry about special ordering anything. We love the all you can eat aspect too. It is really fun to stand at the grill and watch them cook your creation. Kudos to Fire + Ice for an interesting and delicious experience every time!

Come hungry. We had a nice time and the food was good. They had a nice selection of meat, poultry, and seafood. The cooks were very friendly and knowledgeable. We qill be back, but next time the kid will stay at home.
The food was great! However, our server was awful from using curse words when dealing with our complications of the bill to only coming to check on our table every 20-30 minutes. Also, we asked at the beginning if we could split our check and she agreed to do it three ways. Then when she did bring the bill it wasn't split up and she was cursing in the background to use to her fellow employees. The manager/lead that also came over to our table wasn't a big help either. Essentially a watered-down (or what they call Americanized) Mongolian BBQ restaurant combined with a completely forgettable atmosphere in a ghost town of a shopping center. The food itself as fine- and you can only blame yourself when your combination of items doesn't work out- but when some of the available items includes hot dogs, hamburgers, and bacon there's not a whole lot of exotic combinations to try out. The cook staff was friendly and engaging, although the wait staff wasn't the most helpful.
