First time here after hearing hype for years about it. Chaotic, elbow to elbow and loud. Definitely can see why this is one price with a single small bowl. Its a hassle to go up a second time when its very busy. Service was fine and food was good but I expected the overall vibe to be a bit nicer. More like a mess hall. Glad I went but no need to keep going for me.

The atmosphere was perfect. I thought the steak I had was a little tough but others at my table had good pieces. Also I thought that the allergy cooking was nice but it was slow. I was first at my table to send my food to the kitchen but last to receive my cooked food. Others were all around the grill.

Been going for years on college night never a bad time always a great vibe
Food was very good and fun atmosphere. No tea or cinnamon rolls. Did not offer any coffee to anyone. But family had fun and enjoyed the food.
I was there for a friend's birthday with her daughter. The waiter started out strong, but got worse as the night went on. Service was not that good, he did not put in for our appetizers and checking on us was non existent. The food was good and the cook time at the grille was quick. Probably won't go back again based on the service.
I think there was too many people in there. It felt crowded and smushed. People were yelling, multiple big parties at once. Because of how many people were in there, we only got up for food once. Between the amount of people and the multiple large parties, it was quite a wait at the grill itself. A stir-fry place with lots of variety in the hot dish ingredients (make up your own bowls) and reasonable salad plate items. Several meats, fish, shellfish, tofu, veggie burgers, variety of veggies, rice, noodles. You put hot items in a bowl, take them to the grill in center of dining room and the staff cooks for you, adds the sauce you choose. Can go more than once. Server only brings drinks and the check.
