We all had family night at Fire and Ice and everyone got exactly what they wanted and we all left satisfied. We are considering doing this again soon.

No problems. Good fast service. Food was fresh. The place was clean
The place could’ve used some deep cleaning. A lot of the foods were not stocked and look like they had sat out for a while. The salad at the salad bar was brown and dry.
I have some pretty significant food allergies and though this restaurant could have been a nightmare, they were excellent. They have a separate grill outback so your food is cooked separately from the general grill.

We went with a party of 19 for my husband’s birthday with ages all the way down to 2 years old. Everyone ate. Everyone had fun. Service and food were good. It was perfect for a fun night out for all ages.

Love everything, the only problem is that the cocktails didn’t feel with anything of alcohol on it, it was mostly juice

Took my boyfriend here as a surprise for his birthday, and he was pleasantly surprised. The food was really good, the whole experience was so fun, and the staff was really friendly. Our server, Lina, was so great, checking in on us when she could and staying on top of clearing our plates. We ordered two different cocktails aa well and both were absolutely fantastic.
