Loved coming to Fire + Ice, but the fact that the food is flipped so infrequently while cooking, a lot of food is both burned and undercooked. All I taste is char, which remains after the meal. I love the concept, but please start to mix the food on the grill a little more often to prevent this.

We had gotten there about 45 minutes before our reservation due to not being sure how traffic in boston would be. They seated us right away! The entire staff was wonderful and we can not wait to go back there again soon!

F&i had been a little rough last couple of years … we come every bye for last ten years… this year was greatly improved… cleanliest standards were noticeably improved. The food selection was improved, and our waitress. Reggie was delightful.

My family went to Fire and Ice for the first time. We loved the experience, the food was amazing and service equally so! We will be back for sure. The breakfast looked delicious, so we have to try that the next time.

Our server was super personable and kind. This is a perfect spot for a group with ranging food preferences and especially great for tweens! The kids loved making their own selections and watching it cook before their eyes. It’s not a “fancy” vibe but definitely makes an ordinary dinner feel like an occasion.
