Loved coming to Fire + Ice, but the fact that the food is flipped so infrequently while cooking, a lot of food is both burned and undercooked. All I taste is char, which remains after the meal. I love the concept, but please start to mix the food on the grill a little more often to prevent this.
Kids loved the experience and even the food. Food sid take a long time the first round because the line was long initially but that was just bad timing on our part. Would definitely be back!

Food was great. Experience of picking your food & watching them cook it was great! Would have loved to have a few desserts included vs extra off the menu.

First time here after hearing hype for years about it. Chaotic, elbow to elbow and loud. Definitely can see why this is one price with a single small bowl. Its a hassle to go up a second time when its very busy. Service was fine and food was good but I expected the overall vibe to be a bit nicer. More like a mess hall. Glad I went but no need to keep going for me.

The atmosphere was perfect. I thought the steak I had was a little tough but others at my table had good pieces. Also I thought that the allergy cooking was nice but it was slow. I was first at my table to send my food to the kitchen but last to receive my cooked food. Others were all around the grill.
