My family and I had a great time celebrating my wife's birthday at Fire + Ice. The atmosphere was exciting, the staff was friendly and the food was excellent! I can't wait to go back.
Not sure why this booking through OpenTable did not earn me any points. This will definitely make me check twice when reserving anything through OpenTable and/or Fire + Ice. It was definitely a fun place to celebrate just about anything. We were there for a birthday party, The cooks at the grill were energetic and made the experience fun. Our waiter was attentive but more low key, nice balance.
Fire+Ice is an exciting casual restaurant that provides a unique dining experience with the ability to create your own stir fry plates. Not only is there a variety of meats (poultry, meat, seafood), veggies, noodles, and fruit available, but also about 10 unique sauces that add to the flair of the plate. The drinks are delicious - especially the Fire+Ice margarita. The ice cream sundae bar is a nice touch as well.
I have been going to fire and ice for years, but this past sunday we booked a reservation for 12 people for my moms birthday. The staff here were very accomadating and helpful and had no problem with anything we needed. we brought our own cake and our server brought it out with the candles.... the food was amazing as usual, and they didnt rush us out after we were done eating, which is a nice change from most busy restaurants! I was very impressed by level of service and of course pleased as always with the food.
The cooks are the best part of Fire & Ice. Three things would make this place better: a tip jar for the grillers, not adding gratuity on large parties (the servers don't do anything but bring drinks.. and in all my experiences, don't care to come back too often), and more private tables.
Went here for April fool's since they ran a special through their email list for a free lunch or dinner. Our server Kelsey was really nice and prompt taking drink orders and taking our used plates out of the way as well as checking in every once in a while. It was fun but it could use a few tweaks like having separate bowls for different types of food, and either drinks or desert included in the food cost.

From the moment I entered Fire and Ice I had a great feeling about the place. The atmosphere was vibrant but not overwhelming. The orientation and design of the interior was original but not gaudy. I liked the setup for getting food it made the experience exciting and individualized while you watched the cooks prepare your food choices.
