Very interesting idea for a restaurant! Very rushed, though. If there was not so much an emphasis on having fun, it would create a stressful atmosphere. The cooks did a great job! Very fun!
We went with my 12 and 8 year old boys and had a great time but the music was way to loud and that made it difficult to talk.
We had company Cromwell out of town. Two teenage girls and they loved the atmosphere.
This was my first visit to Fire and Ice. I love the concept, it was alot of fun. The cooks were entertaining as well as interactive. The food was plentiful and very good. The staff was attentive and we were not rushed. The resturaunt itself could use a some updating.
Fun and should be a fast, easy place to eat but service and seating was slow. Food and variety of options are great, especially for groups or families.
We were there on student night and marathon day which made the place very busy. But we enjoyed it - I would suggest a little more order and security around the open food bars. With all those kids around, it gave me an uneasy feeling. However, we had four teenage girls (15) with my wife and I. My wife really enjoyed the experience and it was the end of a good day.
Fire and Ice was AWESOME!!! The wait staff was very informative on how the process worked, the food was amazingly FRESH, and the Grille Cooks, oh my god were so FUNNY!!! My family and I can not wait to go back!!!
Fun idea. It is an interesting place. I have celiac disease and needed a gluten free meal, and was easily accomodated. It was fun. Wouldn't want to go go for an intimate dinner, but for a one off fun meal, it was great. Waiter was a bit disappointed that we didn't order alcohol. It showed in his attention after I declined the drink list and ordered water.
Cambridge F&I has better service and atmosphere (at least for those looking to enjoy a meal, not party)
