Great food, all you can eat, and variety between meats, seafood, salad, and pasta. Food could sometimes be a little under or over cooked as they make everything on the same grill and are cooking multiple people’s food at a time. So high risk of cross contamination, but it’s a completely nut free establishment! It was my birthday and they had brought out a cheesecake+candle. Fire + Ice was AMAZING! Our server, Rosie, tended to all of our needs, especially since we had some friends arrive late and we had a birthday. She was patient, kind, and incredibly personable! The food was so worth it - from the drinks to the appetizers to the main dishes. It’s definitely a must-visit!

Fire & Ice is my ultimate favorite restaurant, the food is always so delicious and the ambiance is amazing, everyone I’ve had as waiters and waitresses are always so outgoing and welcoming.

For the value paid, great selection of ingredients, specially being in downtown Boston. It is always loud and interactive experience. We had a very good time.

Food at grill was great . Waitress not so much. When she finally decided to deliver the fries we paid extra for they were cold and soggy.
