We have eaten there before and had a great experience with good food. This time, everything was overcooked with long waits.
Food was excellent and cooks were very accommodating to special requests even though it was crowded at lunch time on Easter Sunday. Service was not good, but that is typically not what we have experienced here in the past.

It was truly amazing experience. My group consisted of vegetarians and we were not really sure if they would be happy at first but the restaurant took us by surprise and everyone had great time with great food and service. Have recommended the restaurant to all my other friends.
OpenTable told me my table was ready. I was told it wasn't. Another person went in front of me with a larger party. It was disappointing. I was even told I'd have to wait a while although my reservation was only for two. Not a lot of vegetarian options as I had read online. The waitress was absolutely excellent though. I literally drove here from Central Maine to come here for my birthday because it's my favorite restaurant
We had a great time at Fire & Ice. My brother really enjoyed his birthday and the waiter was so great in getting the crew round up to sing happy birthday and gave him this awesome dessert!
Nice place for the family to go and enjoy the different choices.
