OK for the kids, not for grownups! On a cold night, my party of five was seated in a booth by the window (lacking silverware). It was horribly cold and drafty, and I noticed many other patrons sitting with coats on. I asked to switch to a nearby table not by a window and was told a) it was reserved for another party; b) only tables by windows were available; and c) once I got to the grill I would warm up. Really? That's the response? I didn't realize that being warm for part of the time and freezing for the rest is an accept... read more
We were seated but left within one minute. Too noisy Too many little kids running around Tables were filthy Host was rude and slapped our menus on the table and left. We were left there stunned. We walked down the street to a phenomal Brazilian steakhouse in the Westin hotel (Copley)
While the experience was different, the food was mediocre and the service was horrible! I can say I tried it but will not be going back.
We were seated at a table next to a window that had a hole in it, the hole was patched up with napkins...it was cold ice cold and uncomfortable to the point of requiring hats and jackets. The place is definitely showing its age.
I called 4 days before NYE to see if they were doing anything different/special or charging a different price for the night. After the person who put me on hold for almost 10 minutes came back, without an answer - I was transferred to a manager who told me that it would be treated as a normal night. My wife didn’t know I had inquired about variances to the evening, so she called the next day and received the same answer. This was essentially confirming the lack of any special night promo being advertised on the website. We w... read more
The service was awful - waitress didn’t get drinks to everyone until meal was almost over, didn’t bring water until we were completely done eating (and not enough for all of us), didn’t clear away the plates and never checked on us . Very disappointed she got an automatic tip of $49 - she deserved nothing
we love the concept of F&I, having tried it at other chain restaurants as well. However, our first experience at F&I left us with a bad taste and I doubt we will be going back (at least to this location). They are not kid friendly, service is sketchy (had to wait 30 minutes for water refills), and the food preparation at the grill was not a very good experience (long waits, boisterous cooks)
My waiter disappeared for a half hour and had to be some where so had to talk,to manager to get my check
Biggest waste of $20 in a long time. The food looked of high quality prior to cooking, but the staff overcooked and burned every item of food. Every item of food tasted the exact same, of the cheap oil used for cleaning/cooking. Beef burgers, salmon, vegetables, chicken, rice and noodles all tasted the same. Very disappointing. Also far too loud and the table options for a party of 2 is far below par.
