Made a reservation through open table for 7:15 and didn't get a table until 7:40!
Terrible service, poor experience. Think make your own hibachi but standing around while it's made
We went as a party of 10 for Sunday brunch on my daughter's 16th birthday. I'd mentioned in the reservation that it was birthday celebration. I also mentioned to the woman who confirmed the reservation that we had kids with food allergies. Our waitress obviously knew she'd get 18% built into the check because she did very little. Love Fire & Ice but the last time we were there the staff was all hanging around talking right behind our table and laughing about how they all showed up 30-40 minutes late to work and complaining how he 'so did not want to deal with the rush' on Veterans day. Then 10 minutes later another staff member showed up and they all continued talking about how they showed up even later that day. I have been to the restaurant before and the experience was a good one. This time it was horrible. While the food was decent, the tables were so close together that it was an obstacle course to move around between our table, the food area and the grill. There was a large party next to us that was extremely loud. The restaurant in general was very loud and all of that was exacerbated by music at a high volume that resulted in a completely un-relaxing experience. You make your food. Literally your own personal dish. How do you not like this place?
Wished Waitress was more elaborate in explaining about the process since it was our first america restaurant.We felt new and out focussed. Did not even clear the plates immediately. Loved few meats.
I have so say sorry but not sorry this time... I spent all my evening with family at this place... Can't complain about the food service upstairs and my two waiters... We decided to stay for a cocktail at the bar downstairs and there was the BIG FAIL!!! Don't know the bartender name cause glue even bother to introduce himself and when we order a drink he became stupid and sarcastic when I asked why he did not garnished the cocktail... He never came back to engage with my group... Not really feeling like coming back...
Had 1 small plate of food. After that grill was too crowded. Went up for second time and sat at grill for about 20 mins. After being skipped over multiple times a couple next to me left there food at counter and left unhappy. After we were skipped again I then left my food at counter and paid full price and left. I had 1 small plate of stir fry which was not worth the money paid. Left hungry and will never return.
