For the second time, my fiancée and I made a reservation and had to wait over 20 minutes past the reservation time. While the manager was apologetic, the hostess was downright rude and the waitress never came back after dropping off the drinks (which took over 30 minutes to get).
Wait time was terrible. We had a reservation & still had to stand & wait 30 minutes in a tiny waiting area.
I had planned this night for my daughters sweet 16. I could get into detail but I won't. All I will say is the service was horrible!! Spent more time looking for the waitress!! Not very fun for 6 girls l!!
I cannot recommend this place. The only event that I would recommend Fire+Ice for, would be a birthday party for 8 year-olds. Loud, disorganized, slow service, questionable food. I'm sure some people are attracted to the all-you-can-eat offering, but since you have to plate it yourself, and have to stand around the grill waiting for it to be "cooked", even this isn't worth $19+ per person.

Finally the manager allowed us to sit at a booth after contemplating with the host for over 10 minutes. Our server was very nice but it took over 25 minutes for us to receive any alcoholic drinks. We would of stayed and had mo... read more
This restaurant made us wait in an over crowded entry way for over a half hour after our reservation time, and even then refused to give us a time estimate as to when if ever we would be seated.
I made a reservation for 6:15 PM on a Saturday night and was not shown to my table until after7 PM. The hostess was very helpful throughout the whole process and tried her best to be accommodating. Service was fair along with the food. Wouldn't return.
The food there is great. The options and spices are amazing. The cooks are super friendly and seem to enjoy their job. The wait could be long if it gets busy. However, our waitress was horrible. We gave here a 20% tip, and as we were leaving, she chased after us, shouted that we need to stop. She made a big scene, really embarrassing us claiming we didn't pay enough. She could have been polite, but was anything but. After I calmly explained the math to her, why we paid her enough, and included a tip, she still claimed the ma... read more
Our party did not eat at the same time due to the process for getting food cooked. No one seemed to understand the que for getting food cooked. No direction from staff. Dessert was rock hard. Couldn't even cut it.
