Extremely busy on Monday nights, so busy that we waited two people deep in line to get our food on the grill. It would be better if there was some sort of organizational system that was fair, but people often cut you in line when you've already been waiting for 30+ minutes.
I am a frequent flyer to Fire and Ice and I have never ever been so disappointed. It was relatively busy for brunch time it was 2 to 3 people deep at the grill it was almost like mass confusion. I have been there on a packed Saturday and have never had to wait at the grill. There also was no lively atmosphere this time no interaction at the grill. Disappointing :-(
We had no problems with our reservations. We were sat 5 minutes early and waited for our server. After coming over and ordering drinks we went up to get food. We came back to the table to a wrong drink and one that was running out of syrup. 45 minutes into our meal we finally got the right drinks. Took awhile to get our plates cleared and the bill too. I can understand it was busy but our waiter just seemed lost. I wish he just said sorry or something.
Just highly overrated fun experience with kids but 1 time is more than enough!
John our waiter was awesome and very entertaining.
I booked for NYE a week prior arrived early, and was not seated until 20 min after reservation time. The hostess was rude when I check back after waiting over 45 min. The grill service was good, however I was a little discouraged because of the wait.
I think this says it all: the raw sugar snap peas were mushy...I mean, if you can't even serve crispy, fresh sugar snap peas (or snow peas), we got a problem. The quality of the food/ingredients is undistinctive; the sauces are bland -- even the theoretically most "spicy" ones; and the place is a zoo: loud and noisy. The only good thing is that it's pretty cheap, except the free drinks available for the kids with their meal does not include juice (cheap again).
Found it confusing to navigate - waiter delivered instructions too quickly. Very loud. Food mediocre and overpriced for what it is (and, especially, for having to figure it out for yourself and everything cooked the same way - stir-fried). Draft beer was flat but was replaced cheerfully by a member of the wait team. Others seemed to be enjoying the concept, the very large drinks, and opportunity to eat as much as you want (it's basically a stepped-up buffet concept).
Never again.
