Ummm, overall this was kind of like an upscale Old Country Buffet. I had really high hopes for this place as it was highly recommended to me. Maybe we were there when everyone had a hangover, I don't know but the whole grill area was a debacle. I made a reservation ahead of time for 10 & added a special note that it was my niece's b'day. We were seated at a table that only accommodated 8 people, there was no place to put our coats & the entire area was congested. I asked to be moved to a more accommodating table and was told 10 minutes. We were offered the same set-up on the other side of the table so we declined & waited for the party of 2 next to us at a table for 4 to leave so we could have their table. Awful experience. Even with a reservation, had to wait 40 extra minutes. The hostesses had no idea what they were doing. Half of the food options weren't filled and the place was a disaster.
With a 645 reservation we still waited more than a 1/2 hour to be seated.
We went here for my brothers 18th brithday. We had the buffet and the the food was terrible. There's is a lot of variety but the lines are long & the quality of the food isn't what I expected. The atmosphere is fun if you enjoy people watching and noisy restaurants. I enjoyed the decor and the music. I'd never go back because of the price of the food compared to quality is very expensive. It wasn't what we expected but we made the best of it anyway.
Reservation at 6:45. Seated at 7:45 and parties that arrived after us were seated before us. Unacceptable. Two trips to the hostess. Server was not energetic or exciting and wouldn't let us get a word in until he was done with his rundown of the restaurant. Cramped seating. The only plus was the food. Prepared well even though there were a million people getting their food cooked at once. Bad first impression sadly after hearing so many good things.
We were EXTREMELY disappointed with the restaurant from the arrival of our guests and the unwillingness to seat them for a SURPRISE BIRTHDAY because we weren't all present (the remaing number of people not present was 4, one being the birthday girl that we were bringing), to the horrible location that they sat our party of 12 and unwillingness to change our seating. Arrived at 6:00 for a 6:30 reservation. Checked in with the hostess and was told that I would be seated on time at 6:30 (which was fine since I was early). Went to wait at the bar. At 6:50 I went back to the hostess to ask when I was going to be seated and her answer was "I have no idea, we're so busy". With that answer and her attitude, I walked out.Too many choices in the area to be treated like that - will never go back.
Thought music was too loud during dinner. For our first time being there, Waitress explained things to me, then I had to yell it down the table so that everyone could hear what was said. I had a party of 17 people. Thought that automatically putting down 18% down for a tip was not appropriate. We only got to see our waitress maybe 3 times during our visit & the entire process wasn't explained from the start for all the people that have never been there.
