The marketplace experience and the food are great. I visited with a three year old, and felt that the restaurant was not kid- friendly at all. The service was horrible.

Good place to go for one timc for the novelty of the central self service grill, but the food was tasteless because the cooks had to cook everyones meals the same, i.e, all beef was well done.

There are way better restaurants in Boston to try. Food was just okay. The most entertaining part is watching them make your food, but long lines and wait time made this more frustrating than fun. Grumpy people are all around you because everyone is hungry and salivating over the food that is taking too long too cook in front of them. By the time you finish one dish, you have to wait another 15-minutes for the next one. And an extra $5 for the ice cream bar? For 3 little scoops? No thank you. I will not be returning.

Concept is interesting, and food was acceptable, but nothing special. Also, the majority of the staff seemed much more interested in chatting with each other than paying attention to their customers (we were ignored for some time at both the downstairs and upstairs hostess stands, despite being the only patrons waiting for assistance). Luckily our waitress was attentive. The real service gem was when one of the chefs directed a gentleman to a spot around the grill right next to the tip jar and said, "You seem like you've got... read more

This was the WORST dining out experience I have ever had. I made a reservation, arrived at 5:22 p.m., and was not seated until almost 7:30 p.m.! Reservations mean absolutely NOTHING here. By the time my partner and I got to eat, we were absolutely starving and wolfed down our food -- we couldn't even enjoy it. When the cooks were grilling our food, they didn't even look at us when they took our dished from us, and paid no attention to the food on the grill; instead, they chased each other around and they literally had to scr... read more

Made a reservation for 9pm 2 weeks in advance. Showed up half an hour early, but still didn't get seated until 9:20. 10 minutes after being seated a server came to help us, and when we got back after getting our food 15 minutes after that, we still didn't have our drinks, and 3 of us did not have silverware
