Travis is really great to work with. He was prompt in returning phone calls and emails. We had some paperwork issues from our real estate agent and he was quick to get the corrected paperwork entered so that our closing on our home would not be delayed. I contacted Jeremy because of a friend's recommendation. I had been working with another lender, but he wasn't responding to emails or questions, or getting back to me when he said he would. Jeremy was a complete turnaround. He responded quickly even to the silliest questions and was always polite and nice, and was patient in discussing options. I believe that he did everything he could to get me the best rate, he was honest and upfront with me, and I am completely happy with the result.

We have had the privilege of working with Lane on two different occasions -- both with a refinance and in the purchase of a new home. I cannot say enough positive things about him. He has a way of making you feel like you are his most important client, and looks after you throughout the whole process. He found little ways to save us money in the end and helped make sure we weren't getting ripped off by anyone else involved in the process. Lane was amazing throughout our entire experience. One of the things that I really appreciated was that he always had our best interest in mind...meaning, I didn't have to keep an eye on rates. He was constantly aware of where rates were at and HE reached out me when he felt the time was best for us to lock. That kind of attention to detail is vital because it can mean a difference of a lot of money on your monthly mortgage.

We couldn't have been happier with the way our loan turned out with First Colony. Jon Aldrich, Jr. was fantastic. Truly. We had a short time frame to close on our home and Jon worked quickly and efficiently to make sure we didn't miss our deadlines. Our escrow officer even mentioned how great he was and how fair First Colony's fees were. Moving is an incredibly difficult process, but Jon made sure the loan portion was easy. I would recommend him without hesitation.

Travis was an excellent source of help as I purchased my new home. He was very quick to respond to all of my questions and talked me through the details of the loan. Travis also helped me float down my interest rate just two days before closing even when I thought I had locked in at a fairly good rate. I sincerely appreciated his working on my behalf to help me get the best loan possible for my situation.

Travis was so helpful in our experience with our 1st ever home and my husband was deployed. We were building a home and there was soo much going on. Even if my question wasn't in his job area he would direct it towards the builder or contractor etc and help me out. He was so patient with us and really made the process smooth. He maintained a professional position but gained a trust like friends. I would truly recommend him and actually did to my friend who is planning on building this year.

Greg was absolutely the best! My wife and I purchased our first home and were a bit overwhelmed by the process required for obtaining a loan, finding a realtor, getting a home inspection, et. al. Greg helped not only with the loan process, but helped us find quality home insurance, our realtor, Rolondo Gill, as well as educated us on the entire process. He has always been a very solid, dependable, and trustworthy person to work with. He says he will do something and then he does it without a question. Many of my clients say the same thing after the transaction is done so when I refer him, he not only makes himself and his company look good but he makes me look good as well.
