We have done three different loans with Jeremy. Two were new home loans and one was a refinance. We were satisfied with his service on all three loans. We will continue to go back to him!

Jeremy Hollingshead was fantastic. He worked hard and had us taken care of in no time!! He was on the phone with the VA for over two hours - most people would just drop the ball - he made it happen. We would definitely use him again!!

Jeremy was recommended to us by our realtor and we were fortunate that he did. We moved from a distance so were not very familiar with our new location. Jeremy was incredibly helpful to us and made us feel welcome in our new town. He expedited the loan paperwork and stayed on top of the process so we were able to close quickly. A friend and colleague recommended Jeremy to me when I first started looking at buying a home. I didn't even have a real estate agent yet, but that turned out better than I could have hoped. Jeremy has long been known in the community to offer friendly, professional advice. You can tell that even though mortgages are how he supports his family, he puts the client's needs ahead of his own and gives the right advice for the client's best interest. Unfortunately not everyone is as ethical or feels the need to go out of their way to help. When you buy a house you go through a lot of stress and having someone like Jackson around is a smart choice! He is funny, upbeat and positive yet very knowledgeable. What a great experience with Lane! Much better than other lenders I've had to work with in the past. Great rates, VERY responsive whether email or phone, and kept everything on track and running smoothly! Did a For Sale By Owner and he was able to answer a lot of questions I had as well.
