We did not have enough money down to avoid paying mortgage insurance. Jeremy racked down as many options as possible to get us the best rate. He drew up plans that allowed us to choose what worked best for our financial income and offered loads of advice for our investment. I recommend Jeremy to everyone looking to buy, he is the best!

I have never worked with a professional in Real Estate quite like Steve. He responded to emails within 30 minutes each time. He gave out his personal cell number to be reached at anytime. He worked with the VA (which can be really difficult) in a timely manner and followed through on everything he said he would do. We are in our new home now because of him. Steve made sure to walk me through all the documentation that I had questions on and also more that I didn't. He didn't attempt to rush me or anything. He also made himself available during the times that I had available even though they were later in the afternoon.
Steve was great to work with. He quickly answered all my questions and concerns. My husbands work schedule is crazy and Steve made it very easy to have all the papers signed. We really appreciate the time he took to help us with our refinance. We will defiantly work with him when we purchase our next home!
