Lane is the best in the business, hands down! We have done numerous transactions through other mortgage lenders and never had very good results. We will always do our future transactions as well as recommend him to everyone we know. He really understands the importance to take the time to address all of his clients questions. He is very knowledgeable of all the different options to offer his clients with countless years of experience. Lane was there from the beginning to the end and always happy to help!
Lane Aldrich was awesome to work with!!! He recently helped us with getting a mortgage for our most recent home purchase. Our situation was complicated and he found an amazing way to work everything out including saving us lots of money!! He was easy to contact, very prompt and very helpful. He knew about things we have never heard of that could save us money and this was not our first home purchase. We would highly recommend going to Lane for your home loan needs.
Lane helped me get into a house and was very helpful. He outlined everything I would need to provide and how things were going to work right up front. He helped me understand what options I had and the pros and cons of each. He also made sure to keep his word on any verbal promises he made to me during the whole process and made me feel like I could trust him easily.
