Emily got us approved for a loan when nobody else could. We had a lot of student loan debt and she came up with some consolidation options that got us approved. There were also some errors on our credit report that she found. We were very pleased with her initiative and follow through. She was with us from the beginning until the end.
Very creative and excellent to work with, had great ideas that I hadn't even thought of. Blake helped me find construction financing which rolled in to permanent home loan as well as did a refinance for me on a rental property.
Blake worked very hard to get us a loan swiftly and without a lot of hassle. The underwriters were not so kind however. Purchase went through without any problems
Being first time home buyers, I couldn't be more impressed with her willingness to not only answer any and all questions while in the process of buying our home but also how amazing and helpful she has been post buying our home!
