I have done 4 transactions with James - these have included both refi's and new loans. On the first three, he was solid and delivered on all of his initial commitments. The fourth was a doozy. We were buying a historic manor on a 40 acre parcel. At the last moment Fannie and Freddie both informed us that the property was too unique for them to finance. Jeffrey Neilsen and his team were excellent from start to finish. This was my first home and they walked me through every step of the process. I would ask a million questions daily and they were always prompt with responses in addition to explaining every detail! I will be recommending friends and family.
