Mike B made our experience of buying a house as easy as could be. He was able to answer any and all questions we had (and there were a lot) knowledgeably. I felt like he genuinely cared about us and our loan. I would recommend Mike to anyone and everyone! He's definitely my go-to guy from now on!
Helped my Wife and I purchase our first home. Had to switch the loan product midway through the process. Mike got the loan switched quickly and effectively, without affecting our closing date. Also, the closing department made an error in calculating our closing costs resulting in us having to bring an extra $755 with us to closing. Mike made sure that First Heritage made things right and reimbursed us for their error.
The service provided by Mr. Norman was exceptional. He responded to all my emails with in an hour; even late in the evening. Mr. Norman has a deep and thorough understanding of all matters of the home buying process and was very accommodating in humoring a myriad of different financing options. I had the pleasure of working with Phil Defeld and his team on my VA home loan. He and his team more then impressed me with the knowledge and responsiveness to all of my questions. When an issue did arise with the VA his team worked diligently to keep the process moving and resolve the issue. Where do I begin! I met Patrick just a month and a half before my closing date of a newly built home which led to him saving the day and putting my family into our built home.
