I’m very grateful for Chris! I had gone through so many lenders during my process on trying to close on a condo. Chris picked me up last minute and saved me from losing my escrow money and the condo I was trying to get. Within only 2 weeks we were able to successfully close. He responds to emails fast at all times of the day and communication with my whole team was awesome.

I can’t speak highly enough of John Balzer but I will give it a try. The professionalism, responsiveness, and the willingness to help me was unmatched during the most difficult transactions in my life. Let’s just say I didn’t make it easy either. I am a first time homebuyer and I was completely unfamiliar with the entire home buying/financing process starting out. Cody was extremely helpful and patient with my million questions every step of the way! He was always quick to get back to me on everything, took his time to explain where we stood in the process and what the next step would be. I highly recommend Chris Wharton. Me and my wife first started working with Chris on buying our first house back in September 2019. He has helped us along every turn starting with our job situations all the way down to navigating all of our credit problems. Most lenders would look at our credit report and just send an approved or denial letter.
