I am a first time homebuyer and I was completely unfamiliar with the entire home buying/financing process starting out. Cody was extremely helpful and patient with my million questions every step of the way! He was always quick to get back to me on everything, took his time to explain where we stood in the process and what the next step would be. There were no surprises along the way and overall it was a completely stress-free experience working with him. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a loan originator!
I highly recommend Chris Wharton. Me and my wife first started working with Chris on buying our first house back in September 2019. He has helped us along every turn starting with our job situations all the way down to navigating all of our credit problems.
