This never happens to me! For once I found a loan officer that lived up to the reviews I read. I had been plagued by reps who said they would help and then never return a call, or advertise a low rate, but just not for me. Tammy was different, she was simply amazing. Working with John was extremely easy and carefree. John quoted me a rate but was able to get me one that was significantly lower. The house payment that he quoted me was also significantly lower. This guy is top-notch and I would recommend him to any home buyer!
