This was on first home buying experience. Others told us it would be hard. There were a few bumps but nothing that John didn't help us work through and figure out. He helped every step of the way. A few friends were buying at the same time and they still have not signed. John worked his butt off to get the paperwork done and us in our new home and a great interest rate.
