Donna helped us when we bought our house 3 years ago and contacted us recently about refinancing because rates had dropped. As the process started she even recommended that we wait another few weeks because she felt they would drop even more and she was right ! With 4 kids life gets busy but she was patient with me while I took time to gather documents and always friendly and kind. We would definitely use her again to refinance or buy another home !
