Cody Nicholson was a true professional through and through. I have used Quicken Loans several times in the past because of their customer service, and Cody exceeded my expectations in every way. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my friends and family in the future.
Cody was awesome. He was reachable at pretty much any hour and was able to clearly help me with any documentation questions along the way. He explained everything in detail and since I am a more digital person he was able to accommodate signing documents without needing to print and mail everything which to me was really important.
This man is a complete saint I called John in the spring of 2019 and I had abysmal financials but, over a year he worked with me to get to where I needed to finally accomplish my dream of leaving an apartment and getting a home to call my own. Mary was super helpful during our entire home buying process. We looked at several houses and she worked up all the preapprovals to send with our offers within the hour of requesting them! When we finally locked down the perfect house Mary kept in contact with us daily walking us through all the steps and processes. During our final week of closing Mary was on vacation and still kept in contact with us the whole time! Thanks to her getting the financing on our first home was a breeze!

Troy is on top of his game. He helps at every step of the process and makes sure things close on time or in my case early due a vacation. The team at First Ohio were all great to work with through the process. I bought my home 14 months ago using Troy on the loan and he helped me lower my payment significantly with this refi.
