This is the second time that we have worked with Tammy on a Mortgage Loan. She far exceeds any other mortgage person we have ever worked with. Tammy makes you feel like your family. From the beginning to get qualified to the actual closing, she is there for you! A dedicated person that knows her business and makes sure you get the right mortgage. We were Very impressed by Donna. She went above and beyond in every category. When our local city grant became full she was automatically looking for the next best thing. John was great from start to finish! Even in the middle of a pandemic which hasn’t happened in our lifetimes, John was very thorough communicating every step throughout the process. If you are looking for someone with great communication skills and the heart of a teacher John is the lender for you. John also closed our loan 10 days ahead of schedule when other lenders were quoting an extra 15 days on FHA loans. If we ever need another mortgage John will definitely be our first choice!
