I have to admit that most of my interactions with the FMCU team had been positive and productive, but this last interaction was not quite that. The Representative Ashley didn’t quite meet that expectation in my opinion, she appeared to be tired and not quite alert. My most serious concern was when she pulled my credit and she reported to me that it was at a zero!! I loved the swift process in setting up my checking account . I do have a auto loan already and have been very pleased with that process also. My representative at the CU was very pleasant and informed me very well of all the amenities that go with this new account .
