Wonderful company! There was a slight misunderstanding with the crew about color selections and also a little difficulty understanding accents but, otherwise, the crew did a great job, showed up on time and put in full days' work. The project manager stopped by to make sure things were going well and then again after completion to check it out. Rain caused a delay in starting but they can't help that! Pricing was right in the middle of 5 quotes. Exterior painting---all siding and trim
The workers had to come back a second time because they did not use screws but nails. I was told it would take 6 hours to replace the boards it took an hour. When I questioned the charge I was told they have a $400.00 minimum, which was not told to me up front. They left nails all over my walkway, so they did not clean up after themselves. This is a follow up to a previous review. I rank customer service an A. I received a call from the manager and I was reimbursed some money... I appreciated the follow up and professionalism shown in making it a fair price. The job was well done and again they put the customer first...Well Done! Replaced porch steps.
They did the work and I paid them. They were professional. They did the job. They did it well. They were timely. They gave me a quote. I accepted. They did handyman type of repairs.
Very well, very quickly. We did repairs to the ceilings and a drywall job was needed in three rooms, plus painting.
