This company is a scam! I purchases tires from ***** was advised that I would be set on an payment plan until tires balance was paid off! Then like 3 to 4 months into making weekly ontime automatic payments. I was hit with an additional $725.00 or more " rental fee because I didn't choose to pay the tires of early. I was never told that. Here it is stuck with paying double the amount for tires that keep losing air! I purchased tires from ***** tires in *********** Georgia, tried to pay the entire amount and was told to call a number they supplied me , i called the number and was connected to a flex Shopper agent , i again tried to pay for the tires and was told I couldn't yet three days later they allowed me to put ****** on the account mind you the tire were supposed to be ****** plus tax from over a year ago they have received about ****** dollars out of my account and now saying i owe ****** more dollars because it wasn't paid off i... read more

Absolutely awful! I made my payments, and my bank account was hacked (5) separate times. They don't provide a receipt of payment, and no the charge appearing on your bank statement does not count as a receipt. I asked the bank on that one, they have no way to show your your payment progress and therefore your in the dark on amount owed. I missed a payment while waiting for a new card, due to my card being hacked and they dropped a delinquent on my credit report (for way more then owed) which I will be disputing. This company obviously doesn't want loyal customers. I paid off my account in full in under the amount of time. But in order to reorder I have to create another email and reapply with a new email address. How does this even make sense. Doubt this company will be in business much longer. What a joke.

If you are looking for facts and help this is the wrong place. they automatically with drawn my payments weekly, and I still got calls and text my payments never went through. Even though my account on-line said I am good. When I called about it every other week they had no answers. Paid all my items off. They said in 24 hours I would have another spending limit, never got it. They are not truthful in anything that they do. I wanted to return a little laptop that they wanted me to pay way too much for. I asked to return it. They took days and I still do not have the return address. They keep taking money out of my bank account and making me overdrawn.

Didn't resolve my issue. I chose store pick up and they wouldn't give me what I needed to correct it with Best Buy or correct it themselves.

I'm still being charged for items never received. When I call I get the run around and then get told to call **** I call and they say the shipper needs to file a complaint. Which is flexshopper. They refuse but still take there weekly fee and an additional $4 the day after.

Bad customer service. ***** lost my package and they telling me I have to take care of that and continue paying for what I ordered
