Would give 0 Stars but no choice for it. They lie and lie to you and steal your money and don't give you the correct item or take two payments instead of one then turn around and tell you that you're bank account is closed so they can't refund one payment they just want to tell you all we can do is apply it to your next payment. Don't deal with this company please help me get my money back and put them out of business.
They did not apply my monthly or weekly paymentsto the total balance so I stopped paying them. When they called me and tried to tell me aboutlate payments, I asked why they did not apply the payments to the overall balance. They never answered the question. They also do not have a balance sheet on their website of the remaining amount of payments needed to pay off the balance. They are a scam. Please shut them down.
Every week they take payments out which I get it but some weeks I looked and they took 2 payments out, every time they take money out my account goes negative while I have a primary account for them to charge but they still go and charge the other card. On top of that the tires I had I no longer have cause I got in a car accident and lost my car, I get you have to still pay which is completely unfair if something like that happens they should cancel the remaining agreement and stop payments. Terrible scam business they take your money and dont give a product just pend it
This company is a scam! I purchases tires from ***** was advised that I would be set on an payment plan until tires balance was paid off! Then like 3 to 4 months into making weekly ontime automatic payments. I was hit with an additional $725.00 or more " rental fee because I didn't choose to pay the tires of early. I was never told that. Here it is stuck with paying double the amount for tires that keep losing air! I purchased tires from ***** tires in *********** Georgia, tried to pay the entire amount and was told to call a number they supplied me , i called the number and was connected to a flex Shopper agent , i again tried to pay for the tires and was told I couldn't yet three days later they allowed me to put ****** on the account mind you the tire were supposed to be ****** plus tax from over a year ago they have received about ****** dollars out of my account and now saying i owe ****** more dollars because it wasn't paid off i... read more
Absolutely awful! I made my payments, and my bank account was hacked (5) separate times. They don't provide a receipt of payment, and no the charge appearing on your bank statement does not count as a receipt. I asked the bank on that one, they have no way to show your your payment progress and therefore your in the dark on amount owed. I missed a payment while waiting for a new card, due to my card being hacked and they dropped a delinquent on my credit report (for way more then owed) which I will be disputing. This company obviously doesn't want loyal customers. I paid off my account in full in under the amount of time. But in order to reorder I have to create another email and reapply with a new email address. How does this even make sense. Doubt this company will be in business much longer. What a joke.
If you are looking for facts and help this is the wrong place. they automatically with drawn my payments weekly, and I still got calls and text my payments never went through. Even though my account on-line said I am good. When I called about it every other week they had no answers. Paid all my items off. They said in 24 hours I would have another spending limit, never got it.
