They used to be great to work with. Orders were ready same day if using a local pick up option. Now, their online chat service is a fake name (I had to try multiple times and noticed the names rotate between ************************ or one other one I cant remember) and when you call or message them they feed lies instead of helping, I had to cancel my first order because it took so long that the product sold out, I had already been billed for the first weeks payment with no product! Worst costumer services, they treat you like you are less than them. I promise that as soon as I pay off my balance, I will do everything and anything to let people know not to get their services. Worst experience and worst mistake. I had to put one star because it wouldnt take my review but they dont deserve a star.

I am honestly shocked about my third experience with Flexshopper because I have used their services in the past. As a busy person, I take care of most of my bills online and do the same for Flexshopper. My 90 day was the same as cash was ending on 6/26/2024, and I wanted to take advantage of it so I paid off all the balances that were necessary to cover the remaining balance. I have been charged by this company several times now when it has already been confirmed twice that I have no account with them associated with any of my personal information. They have made me jump through several loops to reach out to people through email who have not responded to me at all. First, they undercharged me, so when I finished making the amount of payments I was supposed to, they began charging interest. This seems like a deliberate way for them to make extra profit. I'm currently supposed to be paying over two thousand dollars for tires. I had to stop the interest payments due to economic reasons, but somehow they managed to start taking money from my account again without my authorization. Would give 0 Stars but no choice for it. They lie and lie to you and steal your money and don't give you the correct item or take two payments instead of one then turn around and tell you that you're bank account is closed so they can't refund one payment they just want to tell you all we can do is apply it to your next payment. Don't deal with this company please help me get my money back and put them out of business.

They did not apply my monthly or weekly paymentsto the total balance so I stopped paying them. When they called me and tried to tell me aboutlate payments, I asked why they did not apply the payments to the overall balance. They never answered the question. They also do not have a balance sheet on their website of the remaining amount of payments needed to pay off the balance. They are a scam. Please shut them down.
