I didn't receive anything. They charged me, said my item would be here yesterday. When I called (after a 2 hour wait) I was advised my order was under review. They stated there was no review department i could speak with nor could they tell me why I was in review. They stated I would receive an email which i have still not received to tell me next steps and that i MIGHT get my item after Christmas. What a ****. Refund my money and cancel my order.

Ok i ordered my daughter laptop. At end of November they took the first payment out of ***** then they pretty much force you to get the 3.99 flex fee yayada Insurance fee. Then they they send a email almost 2 weeks later saying item out of stock sorry for the inconvenience and they happily refunded the 7998 but kept my 399 and have not seen it back. But also now I dont have time to find my daughters Christmas present since it took them over two weeks to they were out of stock. Its a con place to rip off everyone for four dol... read more

All they do is take your money! They tell you the pay off amount you pay it and then they tell you that is it no more payments . Then they continue to take out money. This place is horrible!! You try to cancel and they continue taking out money. Its crazy that this place is still in business

THIS BUISNESS IS A ****!!!!! I PAID MY PURCHASE OFF OVER A YEAR AGO. THEY CONTINUED TO TAKE $36.94 3-5 TIMES A MONTH. I DIDN'T REALIZE IT UNTIL MONTHS LATER AFTER THEY WERE ALREADY PAID OFF. I CANCELED THAT ACCOUNT & MY BANK BLOCKED THEM , , MADE A NEW ACCOUNT & YESTERDAY I NOTICED THEY HAD STARTED TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AGAIN, AND NOBODY CAN TELL ME HOW THEY GOT MY ACCOUNT NUMBER. Used Flexshopper to get new brakes over a year ago. Paid them off last week. Literally spent almost ***** dollars for ***** dollar job. Like I said, it was Paid off last week. Why are they still taking money out of my account? **************** says payment is pending but it is not according to my bank. What is the deal here?

"Iphone for my daughters day" purchased an Iphone 13 from Flexshopper on 10/2/2024 and to this day, no information about my item and I was already charged the $61 first payment on 10/2. Second payment is on 10/10 and still no item or info about it. Called Flexshopper and they advised I should get an email from Best Buy. Called the end user my local Best Buy where I was supposed to pick up the Iphone and they have no knowledge of any order. Used this companies services a few times without issue but recently this company has started charging my account on a daily basis even after taking a payment they charge the very next day taking another payment and if get another payment or not they proceed to charge my account again the following day until nothing is left in account and still continue to charge account the following day after that.
