They were very rude. I called to ask why their website wouldn't take my car saying it was a prepaid card and it is not. It is a ******* checking account debit card. The same checking account I was going to use for the future payments. Instead of trying to resolve my legit issue that is a mistake on their end they try telling me my card is prepaid whe. Its a bank card. Makes no sense then whe. They realized it wasn't They were rude and short . Hostile as well. . I would never use someone like this. Horrible service

0 out of 10. Will never recommend. I WILL NEVER USE FLEXSHOPPER EVER AGAIN. THEIR SYSTEMS ****. I paid my early pay off amount $348.17 on 5/25. They tell me because "the system didn't recognize it as an early pay off amount" that I still got charged $37.75 today 5/30. They tell me I have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back and it's fing ********. It takes 7-10 days "to lrocess" but they waste no time taking money out of my account. F ********************** for LIFE.

****DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM****I placed an order for a new dryer ( March 26th ) they said it was delivered February 16?!?! I told them it wasnt ordered until March how was it delivered in February!! I asked to speak to a supervisor and she then asked me a few questions about the product then asked to put me on hold . I was disconnected after 40 min hold!! They take you money and run!!!

Seems to be very deceptive, I ordered a laptop and choose to pick up at best buy which was advertised on the flexshopper website to be picked the next day, after a couple days went by I tried to contact flexshopper via chat several times over the course of a couple days, finally after hours of research I found a number to call, after calling and expressing concerns I finally got an email from BEST BUY FOR BUSINESS, tried to call them but they had no record or any info that they could give me, went to the best buy store and a... read more

This company is such a rip off. My granddaughter used it to get some work done on her car. She borrowed $1260. She has already paid $1360 and they say she still owes over $1000. There was no communication about how this program works. The worst part is her car died shortly after getting the work done. She is refusing to pay anymore. The whole amount if she paid her weekly payments for a year would total $3020. Such a ripoff,

I got an item from them for $400, after all payments I completed the loan paying $1200 total. Now for 3 days straight the live chat (which is the only option to talk to anyone) just says you've been disconnected before I can even talk to someone and now my allowed weekly amount is only $7. Feels like I'm being punished for paying $800 on top of the item price ??.

Terrible business. I paid $37.10 for my initial payment on a pair of AirPod Max Pros and I have yet to receive them. I ordered them as pickup from Best Buy but I havent received the pickup email and Best Buy says they never received any orders. I have waited a week so far with zero answers from customer support. Ive tried and tried again to reach out to them and they flat out ignore me! I absolutely DO NOT recommend this company to anyone. Please spend your money elsewhere. I didn't receive anything. They charged me, said my item would be here yesterday. When I called (after a 2 hour wait) I was advised my order was under review. They stated there was no review department i could speak with nor could they tell me why I was in review. They stated I would receive an email which i have still not received to tell me next steps and that i MIGHT get my item after Christmas. What a ****. Refund my money and cancel my order.

Ok i ordered my daughter laptop. At end of November they took the first payment out of ***** then they pretty much force you to get the 3.99 flex fee yayada Insurance fee. Then they they send a email almost 2 weeks later saying item out of stock sorry for the inconvenience and they happily refunded the 7998 but kept my 399 and have not seen it back. But also now I dont have time to find my daughters Christmas present since it took them over two weeks to they were out of stock. Its a con place to rip off everyone for four dol... read more
