0 stars Scam, cant find account, telling us we are late on payments when we arent, telling us if we dont make the full payment in 90 days they will charge us an extra 1400. Every time you talk to someone you get a different response. Highly don't recommend!!! They overcharge and will take extra payments because of a late balance, that's truly not past due. Not only was it not past due but the two extra payments that were taken out do not equate to the amount, and in fact it was more! not only on time but sometimes twice a week, when the signed agreement says weekly. Oh, I've reached out multiple times via phone calls and emails and go figure, no response. Good luck! Shady agreement, sick of it and can't wait to be done paying the quadruple amount.
They are a scam. They will overcharge and claim that you are behind on payments when you are not.
I had a terrible experience with FlexShopper. After verifying my info, the app said I had a credit limit and could make a purchase. I placed an order and it even told me I could pick it up the next day. Then out of nowhere, they said the order needed to be verified again after already charging my card for the initial payment.I got an email requesting my bank information and drivers license after the order was placed and the money was taken. I got ******* by a ******* using this website. I don’t have the goods as they are in Africa. I don’t have any money to pay this company and I want them to stop contacting me for payments. They need to take it as a loss. I have learned my lesson and am very careful now.
They were very rude. I called to ask why their website wouldn't take my car saying it was a prepaid card and it is not. It is a ******* checking account debit card. The same checking account I was going to use for the future payments. Instead of trying to resolve my legit issue that is a mistake on their end they try telling me my card is prepaid whe. Its a bank card. Makes no sense then whe. They realized it wasn't They were rude and short . Hostile as well. . I would never use someone like this. Horrible service
0 out of 10. Will never recommend. I WILL NEVER USE FLEXSHOPPER EVER AGAIN. THEIR SYSTEMS ****. I paid my early pay off amount $348.17 on 5/25. They tell me because "the system didn't recognize it as an early pay off amount" that I still got charged $37.75 today 5/30. They tell me I have to wait 7-10 days to get my money back and it's fing ********. It takes 7-10 days "to lrocess" but they waste no time taking money out of my account. F ********************** for LIFE.
****DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM****I placed an order for a new dryer ( March 26th ) they said it was delivered February 16?!?! I told them it wasnt ordered until March how was it delivered in February!! I asked to speak to a supervisor and she then asked me a few questions about the product then asked to put me on hold . I was disconnected after 40 min hold!! They take you money and run!!!
