All they do is take your money! They tell you the pay off amount you pay it and then they tell you that is it no more payments . Then they continue to take out money. This place is horrible!! You try to cancel and they continue taking out money. Its crazy that this place is still in business
THIS BUISNESS IS A ****!!!!! I PAID MY PURCHASE OFF OVER A YEAR AGO. THEY CONTINUED TO TAKE $36.94 3-5 TIMES A MONTH. I DIDN'T REALIZE IT UNTIL MONTHS LATER AFTER THEY WERE ALREADY PAID OFF. I CANCELED THAT ACCOUNT & MY BANK BLOCKED THEM , , MADE A NEW ACCOUNT & YESTERDAY I NOTICED THEY HAD STARTED TAKING MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT AGAIN, AND NOBODY CAN TELL ME HOW THEY GOT MY ACCOUNT NUMBER. Terrible customer service. I've tried cancelling my order and I'm still being charged countless amounts of money 2 years later.
Used Flexshopper to get new brakes over a year ago. Paid them off last week. Literally spent almost ***** dollars for ***** dollar job. Like I said, it was Paid off last week. Why are they still taking money out of my account? **************** says payment is pending but it is not according to my bank. What is the deal here?

"Iphone for my daughters day" purchased an Iphone 13 from Flexshopper on 10/2/2024 and to this day, no information about my item and I was already charged the $61 first payment on 10/2. Second payment is on 10/10 and still no item or info about it. Called Flexshopper and they advised I should get an email from Best Buy. Called the end user my local Best Buy where I was supposed to pick up the Iphone and they have no knowledge of any order. Used this companies services a few times without issue but recently this company has started charging my account on a daily basis even after taking a payment they charge the very next day taking another payment and if get another payment or not they proceed to charge my account again the following day until nothing is left in account and still continue to charge account the following day after that.
I put one paynent method on my acct and a second for back up just in case but somehow they have managed to get all my debit and credit card info and they bill every single one multiple times. Now i realize i owe but i dont want them having all my credit card information and i ceetainly dont waant them charging me multiple times in one week like they have been. Used them a few times, last one I got behind two months had to freeze my account to get them to stop charging and getting over charge fees through my bank. Then called them to resume to pay the rest of and I said for one amount a week and they decided to constantly take money out cause me more bank fees. Called and complained to get it resolved but instead treated like I was wrong and not them. I have to block my bank account and use chime still having issues just not more NSF fees.
