I put one paynent method on my acct and a second for back up just in case but somehow they have managed to get all my debit and credit card info and they bill every single one multiple times. Now i realize i owe but i dont want them having all my credit card information and i ceetainly dont waant them charging me multiple times in one week like they have been. Used them a few times, last one I got behind two months had to freeze my account to get them to stop charging and getting over charge fees through my bank. Then called them to resume to pay the rest of and I said for one amount a week and they decided to constantly take money out cause me more bank fees. Called and complained to get it resolved but instead treated like I was wrong and not them. I have to block my bank account and use chime still having issues just not more NSF fees. They cancelled my leased because they claim they couldnt ship to me after they said they could now Im waiting for a refund and havent received it yet
They used to be great to work with. Orders were ready same day if using a local pick up option. Now, their online chat service is a fake name (I had to try multiple times and noticed the names rotate between ************************ or one other one I cant remember) and when you call or message them they feed lies instead of helping, I had to cancel my first order because it took so long that the product sold out, I had already been billed for the first weeks payment with no product! Worst costumer services, they treat you like you are less than them. I promise that as soon as I pay off my balance, I will do everything and anything to let people know not to get their services. Worst experience and worst mistake. I had to put one star because it wouldnt take my review but they dont deserve a star.
I am honestly shocked about my third experience with Flexshopper because I have used their services in the past. As a busy person, I take care of most of my bills online and do the same for Flexshopper. I have been charged by this company several times now when it has already been confirmed twice that I have no account with them associated with any of my personal information. They have made me jump through several loops to reach out to people through email who have not responded to me at all. First, they undercharged me, so when I finished making the amount of payments I was supposed to, they began charging interest. This seems like a deliberate way for them to make extra profit. I'm currently supposed to be paying over two thousand dollars for tires. I had to stop the interest payments due to economic reasons, but somehow they managed to start taking money from my account again without my authorization.
