Beware! Flexshopper was supposed to take 12.10 out of my bank each Friday. They never took it out on a friday, they took it out randomly causing my bank acct to get messed up as i never knew when the money had to be in the bank. They also started taking large amounts such as 108.88, 60.43, and other random amts without telling me and therefore caused many overdraft charges as the amounts werent 12.10 like it should have been, they basically acted like it was their bank acct and took out different amts at different times caus... read more

Okay so I'm going to be brutally honest here, Flexshopper has been an absolute pain in my life! Ordered three things from them for last Christmas. Flexshoppers' billing department gets VERY swipe happy with my debit card! They have overdrawn me so many times that it is ridiculous from said swipe happiness. I have a set day of the week for payment take out right? Explain to me how my card is being ran three times each week then BEFORE the date they have on file to run my card??!!? I'm extremely unhappy!!!I placed an order Aug 11 the talked to ****** bc I didn't receive a tracking number she said she would email the tracking team and I never heard anything.so today I reached out again to find out one of the best items was no longer available. One star is even too much. This company is outrageous. I have specifically called & told my "account manager" that I do not get paid weekly, so the payments need to be processed bi-weekly to go with my pay schedule. I have had to call so many times because they pull money out of my account whenever they feel like it. They apologize & "note the account" but if the account has been noted, why does it keep happening? This company is a joke. You call and can't hardly hear because all you hear is everyone else talking in the back... read more

I've utilized this service for roughly 3k worth of merchandise at the time of writing, and can honestly say this is a service I will continue to use for as long as my credit score bars me from traditional credit lines. The "catch" is extremely well communicated by Flexshopper (namely that you pay roughly 50-150$ more for the "cash price" than you would if you bought from amazon) and I have yet to run into any hidden fees. 1) They said No hidden fee Why they can't a let me see a Receipt How everything add up They lied about the hidden fee 2)They didn't show 90 days no interest on the third page of contract nobody wants don't want no 52 wk pay double amount of item 3) Walmart and Best buy dropout Overstock do not do personal item Whatever is on flexshopper Its not a good deal
