I paid $50 to try an aggressively knock down my lease, and the representative named diamond was very helpful when I found out that they take 40% of a partial payment that is made on a lease that is past 90 days of the cash buyout time. I did not know this ahead of time when dealing with the company months ago but that is because I aggressively paid before the 90 day. And then got a little lazy. You are paying almost double of what the original price is. It is not worth it. It is a better idea to save the same amount that you would pay them and get the product in a year or less then it is to pay them. You may not get the item right away, but you save so much more money.

I have been a responsible customer with Flexshopper for almost a year now and have always made my payments on time... The last few months have been a problem in regards to the billing dept. Flexshopper has somehow found it ok to just charge my card for 3 additional weeks without my authorization!!! Its the 2nd time its happened in the last 3 months! I like the fact that they allowed me, a person with bad credit and a recently filed bankruptcy, to open a line of credit with them. I make my payments with them of course, as I should. The only issue I have, is that as soon as you miss a payment, they hound you to death. They send you text messages, they call every day, and they email you so many times. I understand that I owe them, but they charge weekly, and I'm only paid bi-weekly. Flexshopper was able to switch this for me to bi weekly payments. I still don't like the fa... read more

Beware! Flexshopper was supposed to take 12.10 out of my bank each Friday. They never took it out on a friday, they took it out randomly causing my bank acct to get messed up as i never knew when the money had to be in the bank. They also started taking large amounts such as 108.88, 60.43, and other random amts without telling me and therefore caused many overdraft charges as the amounts werent 12.10 like it should have been, they basically acted like it was their bank acct and took out different amts at different times caus... read more

Okay so I'm going to be brutally honest here, Flexshopper has been an absolute pain in my life! Ordered three things from them for last Christmas. Flexshoppers' billing department gets VERY swipe happy with my debit card! They have overdrawn me so many times that it is ridiculous from said swipe happiness. I have a set day of the week for payment take out right? Explain to me how my card is being ran three times each week then BEFORE the date they have on file to run my card??!!? I'm extremely unhappy!!!I placed an order Aug 11 the talked to ****** bc I didn't receive a tracking number she said she would email the tracking team and I never heard anything.so today I reached out again to find out one of the best items was no longer available.
