1.Over an hour waiting in chat with no response from a rep. 2.Two different reps tried to tell me I still owed on a order that was paid off only to figure out after arguing with me that they was wrong. 3.Waited 6 hours for a call back. 4.Almost a week and my order still hasn't shipped. 5.Another order via personal shopper still hasn't been addressed, updated, or responded to at all 3 days later. 6.After waiting in chat another time for 45 minutes the rep was very slow at responding and even disconnected me while I was trying... read more

Horrible! So I placed my order on 9/22/2020 and I got a estimated delivery of 10/15/2020 almost a month! So I asked them what was going on the explained very little and that it was estimated and to check on the 25th for a more accurate delivery. So I checked on the 25th and nothing, so I called them and they didn't give me any information and when I asked them to show me the details that my order was placed after going back and forth telling me they placed my order through Amazon on the 23rd they finally gave me my order num... read more

Recently I had a few issues with my bank due to some fraudulent charges being pulled out of my account. Each time I called flexshopper and made the payment often on that very day. Unfortunately due to a new policy if they cannot take money immediately out of your account they suspend the account and is no longer useable. It was a good account and I have paid off several items I had ordered but due to this new policy and the lack of service to correct an issue, I think that it is just better to pay off the last couple of thin... read more

For one entire month I wanted to find out when my mattress was Getting delivered I finally called back and told company I want to cancel they canceled it but have not seen a credit I haven't seen any activity I called today I tell her my problem she promises she's gonna call me back she calls me back with problem-solving easy as 123 she was the best experience I've had since I've been dealing with flex shopper I am happy again she made my weekend

Absolutely horrible experience. Someone opened an account in my name, so I called and filed a fraud case. I sent back the products that were shipped to me and they are still taking money out of my checking account. I have given them prop of everything and they refuse to do anything. I may end up filing charges against their company. Calling, emailing, nothing helps, they just give you the runaround and keep taking your money. Pure theft in my opinion.

With so much going on currently around the world, pandemic, ppl losing jobs, frontline workers, unemployment at a high rate, justice system corrupted, kids being out of school etc...& still having to pay your bills barely even able to do so, let alone a meal on the table, the stress level can cause a mental breakdown... A order was made on my account without my consent and delivered to my home ... I did not order the merchandise ... I reported the issue with customer service over a week ago and still haven't heard back from anyone .... I returned the item when UPS tried to deliver it ...

Flexshopper offers a vast selections of products, and if it's not in their catalog, you can use personal shopper and they will setup a contract. Yes, you will definitely pay more if you stick to the monthly payments, with that, they are still cheaper than chains such as *** and *****'s. They offer 90 days dame as cash, meaning of paid off within that time, you pay no interest. Can't pay it off within 90 days, you can still pay off early when you can. I do have one issue though, they are horrible with updating the tracking ... read more
