The most terrible experience I've ever had. The company does not provide proper online account information, payment information, updated delivery information, or remaining balance information. They take money from your account without providing payment confirmation. Speaking with customer service, they say that the information on the website is incorrect. Terrible business. I leased a Nintendo Switch for two weeks, returned it to BestBuy where I picked up the item, sent in a receipt to confirm I had returned the item and thought that was the end of it. That was January 14, 2021. Then Starting February 12, 2021, we start getting charged $14.35. This company is a ***** They take your money and never send you your product. Want to call customer service to get help? Good luck, nobody will assist you and will just give you the run around and tell you to wait.
I placed an order almost a month ago. I received one item of a package order consisting of 9 items. They have been billing me and when I do finally get through to someone they tell me Customer Service is investigating and transfer me. No ever picks up (I just quit this time after 49 minutes of music and noise. They can take my money but not explain why when I call. Live chat is a joke (just not funny). I have been trying to resolve an order issue for almost a month. I ordered and item that apparently was lost in transit. Horrible! So I placed my order on 9/22/2020 and I got a estimated delivery of 10/15/2020 almost a month! So I asked them what was going on the explained very little and that it was estimated and to check on the 25th for a more accurate delivery. Recently I had a few issues with my bank due to some fraudulent charges being pulled out of my account. Each time I called flexshopper and made the payment often on that very day. Unfortunately due to a new policy if they cannot take money immediately out of your account they suspend the account and is no longer useable.
