I will absolutely never buy anything from them again. I called to have my payments set up to come out every other week instead of every week and in doing so somehow someone on their and screwed everything up and now I get charged a $56 late fee every single week because they are saying that it is late. I've tried talking to numerous people about it and they are unwilling to listen to me they are telling me that I need to call them at a certain number and then I need to talk to them about it. The service for sending documents needs work. I submitted documents 4 times and kept being told that my order was canceled. I think it's resolved now.
Sold me an overpriced refurbished Apple Iphone. It will cost 1k and it is STILL broken. Returning Iphone and the camera lens arrived in terrible condition it takes horrid pictures. It takes forever for the company to email a return label and I am skeptical about this company now. I am done. I will stick with my old Iphone still in excellent condition so much for trying for reasonable easy to pay for upgrade.
Got new tires on my car. Paid it off early with the 90 days same as cash. As long as you do that then the company is great! The lease price is super high so I 100% recommend paying off within the 90 days. I would not have been able to get my tires without this company.
Flex Shopper is a good company for people with bad or limited credit and financial options. Unfortunately i am one of those people..I have already used Flex shopping twice. 1 time I paid the item off within the 90 days The second time i had to pay for the whole duration due to Covid issues, But FLex shopper will work with you even during time financial difficuiites. As i am trying to rebuild my credit i am able to make purchases for my appliance and electronics needs.
TA did good. Answered questions. I paid my account off in 90 days and I kept asking if I would get an email or receipt stating my account was paid in full. She said yes I would... I haven't received any notification except that the money was withdrawn from my bank. No receipt or paid in full statement. Good job otherwise.
I only give two stars...and that is only because of fast shipping and item as described. I'm ****** they keep over charging my account every single week. They're taking two separate payments out on the same day! Its causing a lot of bank issues now and their communication is horrible and no one gives you straight answers or seem to know anything on what to do to make it right. I never received my product which was a King size bed and mattress. When I set up my account on flexshopper and made my orders i immediately could not login back in. It kept telling me I didn't qualify for a rental agreement. I never received any confirmation of my order, tracking information, or anything to prove I made a purchase. I even contacted their chat support and after waiting for almost 30 mins I was told my information was not on file. Open 2 accounts & paid them both off. June-29-2021. Placed an order. Which later that nite saw an item was added to cart. I didn't see at the time. Called flexshopper that same nite. Asked to cancel the security camera. Since 6-29-2021. I called & was told the security camera would not be sent thur. Next day the security camera were sent. Now have to wait till july-16-2021 to get return label. & trying not to get $$ taking out of my bank. There costumer service center is nothing but a run around. Sad.
