TA did good. Answered questions. I paid my account off in 90 days and I kept asking if I would get an email or receipt stating my account was paid in full. She said yes I would... I haven't received any notification except that the money was withdrawn from my bank. No receipt or paid in full statement. Good job otherwise.

I only give two stars...and that is only because of fast shipping and item as described. I'm ****** they keep over charging my account every single week. They're taking two separate payments out on the same day! Its causing a lot of bank issues now and their communication is horrible and no one gives you straight answers or seem to know anything on what to do to make it right. You can't get mad and return items because your stuck in a **** agreement. I could care less about the interest...but I won't use again for those reas... read more

I never received my product which was a King size bed and mattress. When I set up my account on flexshopper and made my orders i immediately could not login back in. It kept telling me I didn't qualify for a rental agreement. I never received any confirmation of my order, tracking information, or anything to prove I made a purchase. I even contacted their chat support and after waiting for almost 30 mins I was told my information was not on file. Open 2 accounts & paid them both off. June-29-2021. Placed an order. Which later that nite saw an item was added to cart. I didn't see at the time. Called flexshopper that same nite. Asked to cancel the security camera. Since 6-29-2021. I called & was told the security camera would not be sent thur. Next day the security camera were sent. Now have to wait till july-16-2021 to get return label. & trying not to get $$ taking out of my bank. There costumer service center is nothing but a run around. Sad.

been a customer for 2 years paid off all my items order a new item said i was verfied by 3 ppl then 2 days before my item supposed to be here i havent recived tracking info contact them and they say i was never verified and gave me a bunch of *********

My order still says it's pending , I've sent pictures of all my info in . So why does it still say it's pending ???

Nothing ever works out with flex shopper. Every time I order something it takes forever to get the item and the customer service reps has no knowledge of what the policies are

*******. I ordered a product that had almost a 2 week shipping period. I requested to cancel the order and they told me to tell UPS when they got here to return to sender because it was going to be too late. Package then says will be delivered in 4 days which was perfect. I then contact flex shopper and told them I want to keep the package. They said I can just accept the package. The day the package is out for the delivery the sender calls ups and requests it to go back. Flex shopper won't do anything but tells me to wait.
