My wife and I have had several leases with flexshopper. We airways paid off a lease and opened others. 5, yes 5 years after stopping business with them they call out of the blue demanding $1200 for our initial lease. If we hadn't paid it off why would they have set up several more? This company ******* us for $850 after negotiations. Flex shopper is the best place to finance items even when you don't have the best credit. While every company has few agents untrained, flex shopper her theirs too, but overall they do value your business and if you speak to a manager in any issue, they will assist. I have been a long time customer and will continue shopping with flex shopper.

The most terrible experience I've ever had. The company does not provide proper online account information, payment information, updated delivery information, or remaining balance information. They take money from your account without providing payment confirmation. Speaking with customer service, they say that the information on the website is incorrect. The woman I spoke with said that the "CEO was suppose to take the information down" so she had to calculate balances for me. Her dates and balance was completely different ... read more
Terrible business. I leased a Nintendo Switch for two weeks, returned it to BestBuy where I picked up the item, sent in a receipt to confirm I had returned the item and thought that was the end of it. That was January 14, 2021. Then Starting February 12, 2021, we start getting charged $14.35. This company is a ***** They take your money and never send you your product. Want to call customer service to get help? Good luck, nobody will assist you and will just give you the run around and tell you to wait.
I placed an order almost a month ago. I received one item of a package order consisting of 9 items. They have been billing me and when I do finally get through to someone they tell me Customer Service is investigating and transfer me. I have been trying to resolve an order issue for almost a month. I ordered and item that apparently was lost in transit. I have called on multiple occasions and was on hold for over an hour or more each time. I had a customer representative that was yawning in my ear and did not have a clue what she was doing.
