been a customer for 2 years paid off all my items order a new item said i was verfied by 3 ppl then 2 days before my item supposed to be here i havent recived tracking info contact them and they say i was never verified and gave me a bunch of *********

Nothing ever works out with flex shopper. Every time I order something it takes forever to get the item and the customer service reps has no knowledge of what the policies are
*******. I ordered a product that had almost a 2 week shipping period. I requested to cancel the order and they told me to tell UPS when they got here to return to sender because it was going to be too late. Package then says will be delivered in 4 days which was perfect. I then contact flex shopper and told them I want to keep the package. They said I can just accept the package. The day the package is out for the delivery the sender calls ups and requests it to go back. Flex shopper won't do anything but tells me to wait.

My wife and I have had several leases with flexshopper. We airways paid off a lease and opened others. 5, yes 5 years after stopping business with them they call out of the blue demanding $1200 for our initial lease. If we hadn't paid it off why would they have set up several more? This company ******* us for $850 after negotiations. We even gave them proof of rent a center leases, finger hut payoffs, progressive leasing, big lots, target, k mart and others from them. They still fought us to the point of court almost. Flex shopper is the best place to finance items even when you don't have the best credit. While every company has few agents untrained, flex shopper her theirs too, but overall they do value your business and if you speak to a manager in any issue, they will assist. I have been a long time customer and will continue shopping with flex shopper.
Well where to start I've been paying on my lease over a year now for a 15.6" Gaming Laptop - AMD Ryzen 5 - 8GB RAM - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 - 256GB SSD - Shadow Black That the original price at the store is $823.19 And I'm paying $1,900 for it. So after a year and two months of paying I go to check my account Only to found the site states I don't have a lease . They don't sent email receipts I only have them on my bank statements. Never will I go purchase here again...
With Few things don't do Business flex shopper they take money out when ever they want Unauthorize out card or bank account even if you have set payment arrangements or pay dates and they charged me for things I never received just want be done with them this is very bad one day they drained my bank account told me 10-14 day I get money back took over 600 dollars 100 200 150 50 250 until could not take any more money out my bank account with in 2 mins they kept running my card dry my back said thry trying get more so my bank... read more
