Absolutely horrible experience. Someone opened an account in my name, so I called and filed a fraud case. I sent back the products that were shipped to me and they are still taking money out of my checking account. I have given them prop of everything and they refuse to do anything. I may end up filing charges against their company. Calling, emailing, nothing helps, they just give you the runaround and keep taking your money. Pure theft in my opinion.
CYNTHIA is a valuable staff assisting customer's like myself going through some issues. And a problem solver when customer's faces an inconvenience.
With so much going on currently around the world, pandemic, ppl losing jobs, frontline workers, unemployment at a high rate, justice system corrupted, kids being out of school etc...& still having to pay your bills barely even able to do so, let alone a meal on the table, the stress level can cause a mental breakdown... A order was made on my account without my consent and delivered to my home ... I did not order the merchandise ... I reported the issue with customer service over a week ago and still haven't heard back from anyone .... I returned the item when UPS tried to deliver it ...
Flexshopper offers a vast selections of products, and if it's not in their catalog, you can use personal shopper and they will setup a contract. Yes, you will definitely pay more if you stick to the monthly payments, with that, they are still cheaper than chains such as *** and *****'s. They offer 90 days dame as cash, meaning of paid off within that time, you pay no interest. Can't pay it off within 90 days, you can still pay off early when you can. Initially things went about as expected with a lease to own company and i had no complaints. I make my payments on time and ive finished 4 leases now. The issue came when they sent me a projector i had ordered. I received the projector just fine except it came with absolutely zero peripherals. Did not come with any power cables, remote, or a/v cables. I called to have the peripherals shipped and they told me to wait a couple weeks to receive them. Flexshopper is a predatory and life-damaging company! BEWARE! They will tell you that they will accept a payment plan and then withdraw all the payments from your bank account immediately once you give them your card information. Very shady. They will cite the contract which I did not see anything in it about charging a debit card that was not authorized for automatic payments in the contract (The card in the contract had been closed due to fraud and a new one sent to me with a different number).
