I placed an order with FlexShopper on 05/29/22 and called them to cancel it the next business day first thing in the morning. They tell me they couldn't cancel it, even though the item had not shipped. They explained that I needed to refuse shipment or initiate a return once the item was shipped. I called to initiate a return on 06/04/22. I also received an email explaining that the return had been initiated. The experience I had was bad and the customer service is terrible. I wouldnt suggest that shopping with them because they dont know how to communicate with customers and dont know how to explain additional fees and things like that.

Very unpleasant and rude I leased a ** with them a ******* 70 inch ** model number UN70NU6900F and after a couple of months ** shows no image only black screen called several times and told me they can't do nothing about it. Just to call ******** They still want payments and call and email everyday. You can see there's a litigation going on and bad reviews of this **. I would like the ** to be replaced and I continue payments or they can have their broken ** and refund me the money I paid .

I will absolutely never buy anything from them again. I called to have my payments set up to come out every other week instead of every week and in doing so somehow someone on their and screwed everything up and now I get charged a $56 late fee every single week because they are saying that it is late. I've tried talking to numerous people about it and they are unwilling to listen to me they are telling me that I need to call them at a certain number and then I need to talk to them about it. The service for sending documents needs work. I submitted documents 4 times and kept being told that my order was canceled. I think it's resolved now.
Sold me an overpriced refurbished Apple Iphone. It will cost 1k and it is STILL broken. Returning Iphone and the camera lens arrived in terrible condition it takes horrid pictures. It takes forever for the company to email a return label and I am skeptical about this company now. I am done. I will stick with my old Iphone still in excellent condition so much for trying for reasonable easy to pay for upgrade.
Got new tires on my car. Paid it off early with the 90 days same as cash. As long as you do that then the company is great! The lease price is super high so I 100% recommend paying off within the 90 days. I would not have been able to get my tires without this company.
Flex Shopper is a good company for people with bad or limited credit and financial options. Unfortunately i am one of those people..I have already used Flex shopping twice. 1 time I paid the item off within the 90 days The second time i had to pay for the whole duration due to Covid issues, But FLex shopper will work with you even during time financial difficuiites. As i am trying to rebuild my credit i am able to make purchases for my appliance and electronics needs.
