I had my kitchen floor redone. And it turned out great! It’s hard to find good people that do good work. But Eric and Tim were great fellas that did an awesome job!

Floorz installed a vinyl floating floor in our basement and carpeting on our stairs. The improvement to our home is huge. They were professional, efficient, and did a great job.
This was an awesome experience from beginning to end. When I first called the store, Laura was very polite and helpful. We set up an appt to meet and she showed me different samples to take home. After going back and forth several times with samples (I am very indecisive), I finally made up my mind. Laura was VERY patient with me and very understanding. Tim and Stephanie were very professional. They kept my home clean by putting down mats. I felt at ease with them installing my bedroom carpet. They were polite and answered all my questions. My wife and I just purchased a new kitchen floor from Floorz and we couldn't be happier. From the moment we walked into the store in Strongsville and were greeted by our salesperson Nick Flores until the floor was installed yesterday by DJ and Donny we were treated with the utmost respect and courtesy. The sales rep Nick greeted me when I entered Floorz. Nick came to my home to match the shoe molding. Dale did a great job measuring & told me it would be up to me how I want the floor laid, but he recommended length wise to make the room bigger. I will say I was a little disappointed at first when only one installer showed up at my door. Chris said he worked by himself. I was like well this is a big project. However, Chris surprised me!
