I have shopped for flooring and carpet for my 3,300 square foot home for a few weeks. I must say that the customer service from Danielle at Montrose and vanessa at strongsville has been excellent. I was looking for direction and a flare for design for my 75 year old house and vanessa and danielle helped me with their ideas. I will be purchasing my new flooring with floorz! The best. Thank you! I was very impressed with the professionalism and communication with the team from Floorz, Strongsville. Danielle was very helpful and answered all my questions. She completed the estimate very quickly, kept me informed about the delivery status of my floor and then installation. The installer, Chris was on time each day. He was outstanding with his craftsmanship and very detail oriented to make sure I was happy with my floor. I highly recommend them for flooring.
Our experience with Floorz was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful throughout. The installers were exceptional. They were efficient and kept everything clean as they worked. I am extremely pleased with the luxury vinyl floor and carpeting I recently had installed. My sales rep Danielle was very helpful. In addition, both Rick/crew and the carpet installers were very professional, timely and friendly. I would recommend Floorz to others and would use them in the future.

Our experience with Floorz was wonderful from the beginning. Danielle is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions regarding the products. As for the installation Chris is a superstar. He did all of the work solo. He was punctual, prompt, energetic, clean and courteous. A true gentleman with an honest work ethic. It was a blessing to see that integrity is still a value.

Floorz in Copley did an excellent job in recovering my family room, kitchen, mud room and laundry room with luxury vinyl. It has been almost 2 months and I can't tell you how much I love the flooring we selected with the help of Brian and the staff at Floorz. I do not, at all miss the old flooring. Replaced carpeting with hardwood floor in two hallways. Floorz did an excellent job from beginning to the end of the project. Would highly recommend them for any flooring projects.
